We work hard to get your gear processed and shipped quickly so you can rep your firehouse pride without delay.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• During holidays, promotional events, or new product drops, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times depend on your selected method and carrier, but most U.S. orders arrive within:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
• International Shipping: 7–20 business days (varies by country)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier rates.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
Please note:
Free shipping and discount codes cannot be combined.
Customers may choose either free shipping or a discount — whichever saves more.
ORDER CHANGES & ADDRESS ISSUES
If you need to update your address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@saltysmokeeater.com
We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer may result in delays or additional shipping fees.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
